RGT’s Chinese New Year Visit to Glory Home
On 5 February 2026, Rapid Growth Technology Sdn. Bhd. (RGT) organised a Chinese New Year community outreach programme at Persatuan Kebajikan Glory Home in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. The initiative formed part of the company’s ongoing commitment to community engagement under the Social pillar of its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts.
During the visit, RGT employees spent time with the home’s 20 elderly residents through conversations and festive activities. Chinese New Year goodies and ang pows were also distributed to share the festive spirit with the residents.
RGT contributed RM1,475 worth of grocery items and provided a cash donation of RM1,625. The total contribution of RM3,100 was intended to support the home’s daily operations and the needs of its residents.
The programme provided employees with an opportunity to engage directly with the local community while offering practical support to the home. Through initiatives of this nature, RGT continues to promote employee participation and responsible corporate involvement in the communities where it operates.
