2018

SYNERGISTIC EXPANSION

Acquired 60% stake in Rapid Growth Technology Sdn. Bhd., broadening and strengthening its OEM and ODM capabilities.

2020

ENHANCED COMPETENCIES

Provision of precision spray painting and value-added secondary processes in cleanroom environments through the establishment of RGT Industries Sdn. Bhd.

2021

STRATEGIC POSITIONING

Invested 70% in both Top Degree Sdn. Bhd. and Keenness Precision Engineering Sdn. Bhd., anchoring automation, precision engineering and machining markets.
